Elaine Gathy joined Crème de la Crème in 2000 as executive director of our Colleyville, Texas school, bringing with her eight years of early education experience as a teacher and assistant director.  Earlier, Elaine attended James Madison and Old Dominion Universities in Virginia where she studied elementary education and social work.

To our delight, Elaine also brought to Crème ten successful years of competitive business experience as a key account manager with Kraft General Foods.  We feel that her unique combination of schooling, knowledge of business, and increasing responsibilities in early education have much to do with Elaine’s success as one of our top-performing executive directors.
