In August 1998, the Company opened its first facility in Plano, Texas. Between April and August 1999, three additional centers were opened in Lone Tree, Colorado; Warrenville, Illinois; and Leawood, Kansas. A fifth center in Colleyville, Texas opened in September 2000. Our first center on the East coast opened in Sterling, Virginia in December 2002. Two additional centers were opened in the Illinois area in 2003. Westmont was opened in July followed by Glenview in November.

In May 2004, Crème acquired 5 Crème de la Crème centers in Atlanta, Georgia www.cremechildcare.com. The Company is in the process of developing 7 new centers.

Crème has the capacity to serve over 4,000 children with over 700 employees.

The Company builds, owns and operates its pre-schools. It does not franchise Crème de la Crème centers.

Additionally, Crème caters to busy parents by offering conveniences and optional services such as on-site haircuts, before and after school programs for children 6-12, and private, on-site lessons in areas such as tennis and dance.
